Organised by the Moroccan Plastics Association AMP in cooperation with Forum 7 and fairtrade, the 3rd International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition is North Africa’s major international platform, which brings together in one event all the fields pertaining to raw materials, chemicals and auxiliaries; machinery and equipment; semi-finished products, technical parts and reinforced plastics; and plastics finished products.

The Moroccan state agency for export promotion, Maroc Export, puts a hosted-buyers’ program into effect. High-profile trade visitors from Algeria, Egypt, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Mali, Mauritania, Senegal and Tunisia have been invited to discuss business with plast expo 09 exhibitors.
In addition, the event ever more attracts the interest from major European plastics associations. For instance Plastipolis for France, Assocomaplast for Italy and the Valencia Association of Plastics Producers for Spain. It is at plast expo 09, where decision makers from the industry, technical experts, technology leaders and trade meet to network and to do business!
Another innovation: For plast expo 09, the organisers apply to “earn the ‘UFI Approved Event’ quality label as certification of the highest level of professional exhibition standards”. As the provision of data which have been verified by independent auditors is one of the cornerstones of the quality standards of UFI Approved Events, all plast expo 09 statistical data will be audited by KPMG Casablanca.
